Introduction. Macrophages are cells of the innate immune system that play many roles in body. known to be found endocrine glands, and there is now much evidence these interact closely with cells. Immune-endocrine interactions important for development glands their functioning during physiological states, also become key players pathophysiological states. Through gene expression profiling, diverse subpopulations tissue macrophages have been identified organs; this has implications disease pathogenesis potential pharmacotherapy.  Object methods. study was conducted on 20 adult male rats. Animals were randomly divided into 2 groups: control (10 animals) intact animals). group injected solution a dose 0.3 ml.  Results discussion.
